Dukhoon Emirates Order Return Policy
Products purchased through the website are not returnable through any of Dkhoun UAE's branches.
The allowed period for returning products is seven days from the date of receiving the order.
Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded via YM
The return policy does not include the following products: Emirati Dukhoon samples
Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
Gifts, if included with the order, must be returned in their original condition for your refund request to be accepted.
The delivery and cash-on-delivery service is a paid service where the order is received and payment is made at the time. Upon arrival of the product and the customer wishes to return it, the amount is deducted for their benefit.
The gold guarantee is available only once per customer, if the package includes the gold guarantee.
For returns, the entire package, including any gifts, must be returned. If any product is missing, an additional fee of 30 riyals will be charged on top of the cost of the missing product.
For example:
If the package was worth 200 riyals and contained 4 perfumes, and the package was returned with one perfume missing:
The cost of the missing perfume is calculated as follows: 200 ÷ 4 = 50 riyals
A fee of 30 riyals will be added for the missing item.
50 + 30 = 80 riyals are deducted from the total amount, and 120 riyals are returned to the customer.
